Tenderize Steak with Baking Soda

  1. Mix 1 tsp baking soda in 2 Tbs water per pound of steak
  2. Coat steak with solution, work onto all surfaces
  3. Marinate in fridge for several hours
  4. Thoroughly wrinse in water, drain
  5. Coat with 1/2 tsp vinagar per pound, work over all surfaces
  6. Dry with paper towel
  7. Season and prepare as desired

It really works! Steak is tender and retains moisture.
