Tenderize Steak with Baking Soda

- Mix 1 tsp baking soda in 2 Tbs water per pound of steak
- Coat steak with solution, work onto all surfaces
- Marinate in fridge for several hours
- Thoroughly wrinse in water, drain
- Coat with 1/2 tsp vinagar per pound, work over all surfaces
- Dry with paper towel
- Season and prepare as desired
It really works! Steak is tender and retains moisture.
