Cheesy Hashbrown Hamburger Assistant
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3.2 oz package Hungry Jack Hashbrown Potatoes (dried)
- 4 oz pouch Velveeta Cheese Sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Reconstitute hash browns per package instructions
- Brown ground beef, drain
- Mix ground beef and hashbrowns in skillet, medium heat, turning ocassionally
- Mix cheese sauce, milk and sour cream
- Once hashbrown/ground beef mixture is nicely browned, turn off heat and pour sauce micture over the top
- (optional: sprinkle a little shredded chedar cheese over the top)
- (optional: squirt some schiracha over the top for some added color and a little kick)
