Cheesy Hashbrown Hamburger Assistant

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3.2 oz package Hungry Jack Hashbrown Potatoes (dried)
  • 4 oz pouch Velveeta Cheese Sauce
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  1. Reconstitute hash browns per package instructions
  2. Brown ground beef, drain
  3. Mix ground beef and hashbrowns in skillet, medium heat, turning ocassionally
  4. Mix cheese sauce, milk and sour cream
  5. Once hashbrown/ground beef mixture is nicely browned, turn off heat and pour sauce micture over the top
  6. (optional: sprinkle a little shredded chedar cheese over the top)
  7. (optional: squirt some schiracha over the top for some added color and a little kick)
  8. Enjoy!
