Corn Rellish

• 4 cups apple cider vinigar
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup ideal
• 2 Tbs kosher salt
• 1/2 (to 1) tsp Tumeric
• 2 tsp Dry Mustard
• 2 tsp Celery Seed
• 1 Tbs corn starch
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 1/4 lbs corn (mexicorn mix)
• Onion

Brine will handle more corn.

Simmer 1/2 hour, can, process.
